Germany Public Library (900 N. Ashley) a few weeks ago.   Ms. Flacks’ work was one of the first sculpture (Veritas Et Justicia)  we documented here at the Brass Bowl.

Mr Ocamposilva has another piece downtown that we showed here.

His colorful and balanced pieces add significantly to the  flavor of downtown.
