		<description>The &#039;terrorist&#039; and I were getting wiper blades in Wesley Chapel and saw this, too.  I told him that I figured someone was getting a bunch of rain out of the bottom of it.  His reply was something about how it just couldn&#039;t be a rain cloud since it was white instead of gray.  There was another one that looked similar to the north of this one.  Neat shot!</description>
