Mom’s Bus overdrawn at the Parking Meter
I thought this license plate was cute, taken in with the plate frame. The kicker is the expired meter, showing this Honda Fit has over extended it’s prepaid stay. I didn’t notice the meter until I was editing the image, so I can’t say if the Ticket Troops found this before Mom made her getaway.
