Art Appreciation Lessons
Tampa Police Department has been running a highly visible traffic operation that I call Art Appreciation.

If you don’t slow down and look around at the wonderful bits and pieces that make up Tampa, then TPD will issue you a ticket so you can contribute financially to the greater good.
This program needs to expand to the county and state levels. People seem to loose all sense of humanity when they get behind the wheel of a vehicle.
