I don't think the third floor would be big enough for a skating rink. I could be wrong, but the intersection of Cass and Marion has the new Federal Building (SW), it's dedicated parkling lot (SE), a public lot (NE), and the back of the Floridan (NW).

Perhaps Mr. Henderson had more than one building.</description>

		<description>A skating rink opened on the third floor of a "Henderson Building" on Feb. 7, 1896.  Unfortunately, that "Henderson Building" is supposed to be at the corner of Cass &#38; Marion.  Unless something is incorrect, it's not the same place.
