Laughing Gull (Larus atricilla)
I saw this fella down by the river, alongside the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. He (or she) was grooming constantly, and it took me about ten minutes and twenty shots to get this one. My guess is she (or he) was waiting on some flotsam.
Or getting ready for their big debut at the TBPAC!
